My Story
During my thirty year career, I worked my way to successful senior operational roles in small organisations and large multinationals. I am an experienced Board Chair and Non Executive Director.

I was fortunate to receive coaching in 2010, which transformed my career and my personal fulfilment. Then, as Amnesty International's Finance Director, I implemented a coaching and mentoring approach in my teams, and saw the value and impact that it brought.

Since 2016, completing ICF-Accredited Coach-Specific Training, Business Mentoring Levels 1 and 2, and Coach/Mentor Supervision ILM Level 7, has brought my primary focus to coaching, mentoring and supervision. I am passionate about helping others solve their challenges, play to their strengths and feel happy and fulfilled. Through reflection and focus you can optimise your career, maximise your impact and get most value from life.
