During my thirty-year career, I worked up to successful senior leadership roles at small organisations and large multinationals. I am an experienced Board Chair and Non Executive Director.
I was fortunate to receive coaching in 2010, which transformed my career and my personal fulfilment. After that, as Amnesty International's Finance Director, I implemented a coaching approach in my teams, and saw the value and impact that it brought. This led me to coaching, mentoring and coach/mentor supervision.
I am passionate about helping others solve their challenges, play to their strengths and feel happy and fulfilled. Through reflection and focus you can optimise your career, maximise your impact and get satisfaction from life.
