What is business mentoring?
Mentoring sessions provide a confidential space where you will be guided to explore your challenges and achieve your goals. Topics may include action towards personal and professional goals, addressing challenging relationships, or maximising personal wellbeing and impetus during a challenging time.

How do I add value as a mentor?

I bring my experience of successful senior leadership and financial turnaround at large multinationals and small organisations. As well as being based in the UK, I lived and worked in Australia, Asia and Africa. Excellence and strong leadership is a passion: at Amnesty International my team ranked second of 50 teams in the staff engagement survey, won Third Sector Finance Team of the Year award 2017, and Sayer Vincent’s financial excellence award 2015.

My mentoring starter package delivers four to six hours of mentoring, which will enable you to achieve or substantially achieve your goals.

I am a full member of the Association of Business Mentors, achieving Level 1 and Level 2 Mentoring training. I have also completed Accredited Coach-Specific Training and am a member of the International Coaching Federation
