What personal data I collect, and why I collect it
I hold personal and/or professional data (name, address, telephone number, mobile number, email, plus any information contained in notes and email exchanges associated with the piece of work set out in my contract/agreement).
I may periodically send you emails with updates or information which might be relevant and appropriate for your interest or reference.
I maintain a log of clients in case required to evidence the number of hours of coaching/mentoring/supervision completed. This log comprises name, email, start and end dates, and number of hours completed, as set out in my contract/agreement.
I maintain session recordings, for continuing professional development purposes, as set out in my contract/agreement.
Client contact details are generally received by email (from clients, their employers, or the referrer). The exception is caba client contact details, which are received via a google doc.

What else I do with your data
I will obtain your agreement before releasing your name as client or reference or any other client-identifying information. Apart from this, I do not share your personal data with anyone in or outside the UK.
I do not make automated decisions or carry out profiling based on the data I hold.

How long I retain your data
I retain data for the duration of the business relationship, plus a maximum of 36 months.

What rights you have over your data
You can contact me on nicki.deeson@gmail.com or by phone to request access to, or correction or deletion of, your data. Deletion of data does not include any data I am obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

How I protect your data
I employ McAfee Livesafe which uses realtime scanning for antivirus, safe web browsing, and PC optimization.
Submissions to my website are protected by Wix security.
Personal data is stored in my google account, protected by encryption, 2-factor authentication and google’s security measures.
Session recordings are referenced by first name only, and stored on my personal computer, protected by security log-in and kept in a locked facility. Paper files are kept in a locked facility.
I take reasonable steps to protect your personal information, and in the case of a breach, I would follow best practice in dealing with it. This includes assessing the risk and deciding whether to report the breach to the ICO or to the individuals who may be affected.
